This is in response to your request for a letter of reference regarding
yourself and the work you have done for us. I am, of course, delighted to
give you one.

For me, there are always two criteria in judging any outside supplier: the
quality of your finished product, and the ease of which we obtain that
product. In your case, both halves of the equation are a delight.
Your work speaks for itself. There is nothing I can say that isn't stated more
eloquently by your portfolio. But I do want to stress how much you bring to
the table. Each time we have approached you with a concept, you've come
back to us with well-thought out ideas on how to improve it and take it
further. In short you make us look smarter than we are and we like that.
It also doesn't hurt that the work you have done for us over the last year has
garnered top honors in every major awards show in the country.
Secondly you're great to work with. You are particularly sensitive to the
peculiar needs of an advertising agency. you've turned things around for us
on some remarkably tight deadlines. Even though you live in a different city,
everything has always been here when we need it. Or sooner. you're also
very open to direction to direction and suggestion, and you're easy to reach
and talk to.
And, Mark, you're very reasonably priced for the quality of work you produce.
