Post Office of Liechtenstein, 2010 Turin Olympic Games Commemorative stamps
The Post Office of Liechtenstein has a generous policy to have an artist from the host country paint the art for their Olympic team. As Mark Heine had painted the Canadian Olympic stamps for the 2006 Turin games and those stamps had been presented a Prix-Olympia bronze medal award, the Post Office of Liechtenstein contracted with him for the 2010 Liechtenstein team stamps. The artwork, now on display at the Post Office of Liechtenstein in Vaduz, was painted in oil on canvas. All items are in uncirculated mint condition. Heine is willing to sign any item by request.
